The trainings are well organized and useful and the people are fantastic.

What is the most challenging thing about your job?

In all my projects I have to dig into different fields of Prysmian’s business, this is why I have to start the learning process all over again.

What is the most rewarding thing about your job?

For now it’s the experience and knowledge I can collect and the traveling options.

What kind of training or support do you need to make your performance more effective?

Some programming skills would be really useful for my work – to learn how to write macros in Excel for example.

Yes, because I think it can be a really great opportunity to become a real professional and have a glorious career within one company if someone is diligent enought.
