It requires our Board of Directors to engage with shareholders and other stakeholders, promoting transparency, meritocracy, and ethical conduct. These values are upheld throughout the organization on a daily basis. This approach enables us to support our customers and stakeholders effectively, fostering a relationship of trust and responsibility that allows us to evolve and perform at the highest levels of excellence in the market.

A true public company

Prysmian is one of Italy's few global industrial manufacturers that has recently achieved true Public Company status. Listed on the Italian Stock Exchange since 2007, Prysmian has a free float of 100% of its share capital, with institutional investors holding 82.6%. By the end of 2023, shareholdings accounted for 21% of the total share capital, meaning that no single entity holds a majority or dominant stake. This underscores our commitment to adhering to the highest international governance standards.
