Prysmian’s hybrid working model

  • Up to 8 days per month can be spent working remotely based on job eligibility.
  • Each country has deployed the Policy locally in accordance with local legislation and work councils consultation.
  • This policy was formalized and standardized in response to the global COVID-19 pandemic; across Prysmian, remote working had already been a part of our work-life balance culture.
