To uphold our commitment to respecting human rights and responsible business practices, we have published and implemented our Code of Ethics. The principles outlined in this Code are not merely high standards of behavior; they reflect our dedication to comply with, and even exceed, applicable laws and regulations. This ensures the highest level of compliance and builds trust with all our stakeholders.

Corruption and bribery can severely undermine the enjoyment of human rights. Prysmian is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct. 

 

Our Code of Ethics and Values is built on a foundation of transparency, fairness, and integrity: we must always strive to do the right thing. All Prysmian employees and any third parties representing us are expected to act ethically. 

 

It is mandatory to fully comply with Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Laws (hereafter referred to as "ABAC Laws"), regulations, and policies. Under no circumstances should any of our employees or third parties acting on behalf of Prysmian offer or receive bribes, kickbacks, or any other corrupt payments.
