Prysmian Group Energy Products Price Increase

Dear Valued Customer,

The wire and cable industry is facing significant and sustained increases in key material cost inputs used in the manufacturing and distribution of our products.  These materials and inputs include steel, polyethylene, PVC, base resins, freight and lumber (reels/dunnage). 

Due to these sustained cost increases, effective March 1, 2021, Prysmian Group is announcing a 5 – 10% price increases on all Energy products.  This includes all products associated with our Power Distribution, Trade & Installers, and Specialties business units.

Please take note of the following:

• Orders accepted by Prysmian Group on or before close of business on March 1, 2021 for immediate shipment out of available inventory will be honored at the prices in effect at time of order placement
• Orders accepted by Prysmian Group prior to close of business March 1, 2021 but will ship on or after June 1, 2021, will be at the new prices
• All open quotations for shipment after May 1, 2021 will be subject to review and price adjustment prior to order acceptance
