Equipped with a GPS tracker, environmental sensors, motion detectors and mobile communications, Alesea lets customers track real-time reel location and identify potential theft or manipulation. In addition, customers access inventory visibility, actionable notifications and information about their cable reels' geolocation, status, usage, and handling conditions using Alesea's cloud-based and intuitive web platform. All-aluminum 1350 conductors (AAC) are the efficient choice for overhead line installations where design parameters do not necessitate higher strength or temperature ratings that ACSR, ACSS, or other conductors provide. Their lighter weight translates to lower unit length costs and easier handling during installation, making the process more productive. The reduced complexity of fittings further enhances their efficiency. All-aluminum conductors, with their homogeneous construction, inherently resist corrosion, adding to their overall productivity.

AAAC aluminum alloy conductors are extensively used for overhead distribution and transmission lines adjacent to ocean coastlines where corrosion in the steel of an ACSR construction can be a problem. The aluminum alloy conductors are used instead of single-layer ACSR conductors (i.e., #6 to #4/0 AWG) to reduce power losses in overhead distribution and transmission lines. Moreover, the inductive effect of the ACSR's steel core is eliminated, increasing the line's operating efficiency and ensuring a reliable performance.

Aluminum conductors, steel-reinforced (ACSR), are extensively used for overhead distribution and transmission lines. ACSR conductors are recognized for their record of economy, dependability and favorable strength/weight ratio. They combine aluminum's light weight and good conductivity with steel's high tensile strength and ruggedness. Their in-line design can provide higher tensions, less sag, and most impressively, longer span lengths than most other types of overhead conductors.

Aluminum conductor steel-supported (ACSS) is a solution for overhead transmission lines that effectively addresses various challenges. It is beneficial in reconductoring applications requiring increased current with existing tensions and clearances, new line applications where structures can be economized due to reduced sag, new lines requiring high emergency loadings, and lines where aeolian vibration is a problem.

T-2® twisted pair conductors are utilized for overhead distribution and transmission lines, which are prone to damage from wind-induced motion. Available in all-aluminum (AAC/T-2) and aluminum conductor steel-reinforced (ACSR/T-2) designs, these options help eliminate galloping, reduce aeolian vibration, and control subconductor oscillation.

TW conductors are equipped with trapezoidal aluminum strands, a design choice that ensures maximum efficiency. With their unique shape, these strands create a smooth outer surface and a more compact alignment. They enable the construction of a conductor with either the same a) cross-sectional area of aluminum and a reduced overall conductor diameter or b) overall conductor diameter as before but now squeezes in more aluminum cross-sectional area. This efficiency is further demonstrated by the reduction in the overall diameter of the conductor , which lowers the resultant ice and wind loading on the conductor. Maintaining the same diameter by increasing the aluminum metal content means lower power loss in the conductor for day-to-day operations and a higher overall conductor ampacity rating.

ACSR/SD conductors are utilized for overhead transmission lines to manage aeolian vibration. These conductors feature a steel core surrounded by two layers of trapezoidal-shaped aluminum wires. The design includes a gap between the core and the aluminum layers, which provides self-damping characteristics and eliminates the need for additional vibration dampers.
