Prysmian has implemented significant procedural and cultural changes to improve project execution, which is our method for delivering EPCI projects. This strategy has emerged from the collaboration and input of individuals engaged in daily project management and execution. Prysmian has adopted the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI®)and the ISO 21500 guidelines as best-practice references to ensure effective project execution.
