Overview

What we are looking for

The Industrial Controller will assist the business in developing, maintaining, and optimizing the controlling activities of our plant. The Industrial Controller will also support business leaders and liaise with corporate finance functions. 

 

The Industrial Controller will ensure the proper implementation of HQ guidelines regarding local business activities related to monthly and yearly forecasts and consolidations.

5 Key Knowledge Areas

Key Requirements

 

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Mathematics (an audit certificate is a plus)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost management, budget management, and industrial reporting
  • Proven experience in industrial controlling
  • Strong track record in analysis and cost reduction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP; knowledge of additional software (such as QlikView or programming languages) is a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities

 
  • Collaborate with business owners to implement strategies in alignment with financial guidelines.
  • Assess business requirements and engage with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, and forecasting based on business needs.
  • Manage inventory and investment activities as required.
  • The Industrial Controller is accountable for performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) management.
  • Provide feedback and facilitate process improvements, both automated and manual.
  • Update systems and internal documentation as necessary.
