ResiLink™ Universal Service Drop Cable

Prysmian’s ResiLink™ Universal Service Drop is a durable, dual-purpose drop cable designed for Fiber to the Home (FTTH) applications, making it compatible with both standard outside plant (OSP) and indoor setups. This gel-free cable is rated for outdoor use, featuring an inner subunit that consists of a standalone 3mm simplex cable, which contains a single 900µm tight-buffered bend-insensitive single-mode fiber. 

One of the notable features of the simplex subunit is its UL listing for indoor applications. This 900µm tight-buffered fiber enables quick and easy field termination. The ResiLink Universal Service Drop has a self-supporting design that can span distances of up to 310 feet in an NESC Light region or be installed in a duct. Additionally, there is an optional 24 AWG tone wire available, which can be easily separated from the cable if needed.
