Prysmian’s ResiLink™ Universal Service Drop is a durable, dual-purpose drop cable designed for Fiber to the Home (FTTH) applications, compatible with both standard outside plant (OSP) and indoor installations. This gel-free cable is rated for outdoor use and features an inner subunit consisting of a standalone 3mm simplex cable containing a single 900µm tight-buffered bend-insensitive single-mode fiber. 

One notable feature of the simplex subunit is its UL listing for indoor use. This 900µm tight-buffered fiber enables quick and easy field termination. The ResiLink Universal Service Drop features a self-supporting design that can span up to 310 feet in an NESC Light region or be installed in a duct. Additionally, an optional 24 AWG tone wire is available and can be easily separated from the cable if needed.
