Product Warranty

This limited lifetime warranty covers the product against manufacturing defects. If a customer is not satisfied with the cord, they should return it along with the original packaging to Prysmian at 4 Tesseneer Drive, Highland Heights, KY 41076 for evaluation. 

It is important to note that this warranty does not cover damage to the cord resulting from long-term use, abuse, or failure to comply with electrical codes, laws, and regulations related to building or construction, including Article 590 of the National Electrical Code®. 

This warranty provides customers with specific legal rights, and they may also have additional rights that vary by state.
