Deadbreak Series (5-28kV)
The 600/900 Amp Deadbreak Elbow and its accessories offer a simple and reliable solution for terminating and splicing main feeder circuits. The Deadbreak Elbow, also referred to as a “T Body,” is a fully shielded connector made of molded EPDM rubber. It features a high-torque, bolted connection, making it ideal for circuits with high load and fault currents. Our Deadbreak Elbows are specifically designed for use with solid dielectric cables (XLPE or EPR) that have semi-conductive and neutral shielding. This accessory can be installed on cables with or without an outer jacket.
