LV AIRGUARD® Liquid Sealing Gland

This product features a liquid pour sealing system that significantly reduces installation time and labor. Additionally, it minimizes the time required for servicing. With a cure time of just 35 minutes at 68°F (20°C), it is faster than traditional putty-filled options. 

The standard material used is nickel-plated brass, which provides superior cable retention. It has a displacement-type environmental seal designed to prevent cold flow, and it is deluge protected for added durability. The design includes a disconnectable union feature. 

Operating temperature ranges from -76°F to 185°F (-60°C to 85°C) and meets Class I Division 1 & 2 ABCD, as well as Class I Zone 1, 21, 2 & 22 certifications. It is globally marked and compliant with cCSAus, IECEx, and ATEX standards. The standard configuration includes nickel-plated brass with an NPT thread form.
