600 Volt USEI90 Cable (Canada)
A twisted assembly consisting of multiple aluminum phase conductors and one neutral conductor, each insulated with low-temperature, moisture-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) that balances flexibility and mechanical toughness, all encased in a PVC jacket.
Construction
Conductors: Multiple Class B Compact conductors made from aluminum alloy 1350 in accordance with ASTM standards.
Phase Insulation: High dielectric strength, low-temperature, cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation that provides an optimal balance of mechanical and electrical properties to ensure extended cable life.
Jacket: A low-temperature, appropriately colored polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket is extruded over each cable.
Assembly: The assembly includes either a full or reduced neutral conductor, insulated and jacketed. This consists of compact concentric-strand aluminum alloy 1350 per ASTM standards, twisted together with the phase conductors.
