Deadbreak Cable Adapter
Product description
The Deadbreak Cable Adapters are used to adapt various medium voltage cable sizes to a standardized housing size. The adapter is installed onto the prepared cable, and the associated housing is pushed over the cable adapter. The adapters are designed to maintain an interference fit with the housing cable entrance's inside diameter. Care must be taken when sizing an adapter to the cable insulation diameter.
