SUPERFLEX™ XLP (US)
SUPERFLEX™ XLP is a 600 volt Secondary UD power cable with aluminum conductors and single-layer cross-linked polyethylene insulation, designed for a balance of flexibility and mechanical toughness.
Conductors: Class B Compressed Unilay (ranging from 1 AWG to 4/0 AWG) or Compressed Round Aluminum Alloy 1350, in accordance with ASTM standards.
Phase Insulation: Extruded thermosetting cross-linked black polyethylene that is resistant to sunlight.
Neutral Insulation: Extruded thermosetting cross-linked black polyethylene with three extruded yellow stripes (120° apart) for easy neutral identification.
Assembly: For multiple cable assemblies, one-, two-, or three-phase conductors are twisted together with a neutral conductor.
Cable Markings: Sequential footage markings are applied to one phase conductor. Phase identification is printed in white ink on the surface: 1/C - "Phase A," 1/C - "Phase B," and 1/C - "Phase C," as applicable.
