ALL-TEMP(K) INDUSTRITE® Festoon and Reeling Cable
The ALL-TEMP(K) INDUSTRITE® Power Cable is designed and manufactured for continuous flexing, twisting, and other demanding physical applications. It is built to withstand challenging conditions, including flame, abrasion, chemicals, moisture, impact, tearing, and extreme temperatures.
This cable is suitable for a variety of applications, including portable power, spring and motor-driven reels, festoon systems, power tracks, cable tenders, cranes, and hoists. It can be used both indoors and outdoors on equipment like magnet cranes, barges, milling machines, mining machinery, and oil rigs. Additionally, it is ideal for installations in water, including aerator ponds.

Design Parameters
Conductors: The conductors are made of extra-flexible rope stranding (Class K) from soft-drawn, uncoated copper, as specified by ASTM B-3, ASTM B-172, and UL-62. This design offers high flexibility, extended flex life, and reduced risk of copper fatigue and breakage.
Separator: A separator tape is included to facilitate insulation removal.
Insulation: The insulation consists of black thermoset (EPDM) material, which exhibits excellent physical and electrical properties. It features a printed color code for easy conductor identification and is suitable for applications with extreme flexing.
Cabling: The conductors are cabled together using non-wicking, non-hygroscopic fillers without a separator. This allows the pressure-extruded jacket to fill gaps, preventing conductor displacement during flexing.
Jacket: Available in black, the jacket is oil- and flame-resistant. It consists of a double-layer, reinforced thermoset material in accordance with UL-62 and ANSI/NEMA WC 58 ICEA S-95-381. This jacket is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use in demanding flexing applications, especially where exposure to oil, chemicals, and extreme temperatures is a concern.
