Product description

The AUTO-FLEX® TC tray-rated power supply cable is specifically designed for use as a power supply connection from a welding timer or controller to the base of a robot in resistance welding applications. This cable offers a flexible, tray-rated solution that simplifies installation compared to standard tray cables. It is suitable for various applications that require flexibility and can be used in exposed runs according to the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Design Parameters 

Conductors: Class K stranded, soft-drawn bare copper, per ASTM B-3 and ASTM B-172. 

Insulation: Heat and moisture-resistant, thermosetting crosslinked polyethylene meeting the requirements of ANSI/NEMA WC70 ICEA S-95-658. The insulation is acceptable for use in wet or dry locations at 90° C. The insulation thickness is in accordance with Table 17 of UL 44. 

Jacket: Heat, moisture and sunlight resistant thermoset jacket, meeting the requirements of ANSI/NEMA WC70 ICEA S-95-658. The jacket thickness is in accordance with Table 11.3 of UL 1277.
