ECOSAFE® CO III™
Product description

Central Office Power Cable is made of Class B tinned copper strands with a braided design. It features low-smoke, zero-halogen, and silicone-free composite insulation. This cable is rated for a maximum temperature of 105°C in dry conditions and 90°C in wet conditions. It is UL Listed under RHW-2/USE-2, suitable for both wet and dry environments at 90°C, and can handle up to 600 volts. Available in sizes 1/0 and larger, it is rated for FT4 / ST1 and UL CT use.

 

Construction

Conductors: Class B stranded tinned copper, compliant with ASTM B-33, B8, and UL requirements. An opaque Mylar tape is applied over the conductor to facilitate stripping.

Insulation & Covering: The insulation is heat and moisture-resistant, low-smoke, non-halogen composite material, featuring a natural cotton braid that conforms to UL Standard 44, Telcordia Specification GR-347-CORE, and ATIS Specification 0600017.
