Flatpacks
Prysmian Downhole Technology’s flatpacks streamline well completion by minimizing installation spooler units. They offer versatile configurations, including single-pass and dual-pass encapsulation, with color-coded and custom-printed components for quick identification. Additional options like bumper bars and wire rope enhance crush resistance, supporting diverse operational needs.

Pressure Ratings: Flatpacks will be rated to the line with the lowest pressure rating.
Application
Flatpacks are typically used when multiple lines, such as control lines, chemical injection lines, and gauge cables, are terminated at similar depths in the well. Common applications include intelligent well systems, deep-set chemical injection, and safety valve lines with shallow-set chemical injection. Bumper bars can be incorporated for extra crush resistance in demanding environments.
Standards and Approvals
Flatpacks are manufactured in accordance with the relevant ASTM standards for each material. Tubes can be supplied flushed, filled, and filtered according to client specifications and in compliance with NAS/SAE standards, ensuring quality and customization for specific project requirements.
Quality and Testing
Flatpacks are manufactured in accordance with Standard Inspection and Quality Plans.
