Power Duct™ Schedule 40 HDPE Duct
Schedule 40 HDPE duct is designed for situations where additional mechanical protection is required for cables in direct burial applications. It is commonly used in highway and airport lighting, parking lots, sports complexes, and for utilities, telephone, fiber, and CATV installations. The duct comes with sealed ends to prevent moisture and other contaminants from entering. Ducted systems provide both physical and corrosion protection against underground conditions.
Schedule 40 duct can be supplied in several configurations: empty, with a pull line, or with cables pre-installed. Available conductors include THHN/THWN, EPR-USE, XHHW-2, RHH/RHW-2, XLP-USE, L-824B or C airport lighting cable, fiber-optic cables, paired communication/coax cables, aluminum conductors, and medium-voltage cables.
