Triple Rated MV-90 FAA Type C & CSA Type ASLC Cable
FAA MV-90 cables are designed for medium-voltage power transmission and are capable of handling voltages up to 5,000 volts. All Prysmian MV-90 cables are UL listed and intended for use according to NEC Article 310-6 in dry locations with a maximum temperature of 90ºC. Additionally, they can serve as robust cables for ducted lighting circuits operating at 600-2,400 V.
The 4, 6, and 8 AWG conductor cables are FAA-approved for use in airport lighting circuits, as specified in FAA Advisory Circular 150/5345-7F. Our airport lighting cables have been reviewed and confirmed to comply with FAA guidelines for U.S.-manufactured products. These airport series lighting cables are suitable for both above-ground and below-ground applications in dry or wet locations, in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code, Part I, Section 74.
