Prysmian’s Arjun Srinivasan Selected for Cincinnati Regional Chamber’s C-Change Class 21
Prysmian, the world’s largest cable and wire manufacturer based in the Cincinnati region, will once again be represented in the Cincinnati Regional Chamber’s C-Change program with the selection of Arjun Srinivasan, who serves as the Market Manager for Nuclear & Fire Protection products.
An initiative of the Cincinnati Regional Chamber, C-Change prepares the next generation of civic and business leaders in the Cincinnati region. C-Change Class 21 features 62 mid-career professionals who will participate in the eight-month program, which offers a combination of leadership development opportunities and hands-on community engagement across Greater Cincinnati.
In addition to developing strategic initiatives to drive commercial growth and excellence in his role at Prysmian, Srinivasan spearheaded the company’s participation in the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index and led Prysmian’s Race and Ethnicity ERG, PRYSM through the first half of 2026. He is fluent in five languages and brings a global perspective to his work and community.
“Arjun’s selection for C Change Class 21 reflects his strong commitment to fostering inclusive leadership, a sense of belonging, and civic engagement across our company and the Greater Cincinnati region,” said Christina Trainor, SVP of Human Resources for Prysmian North America. “We are confident he will represent Prysmian well as he collaborates with his classmates to grow as leaders who will make a meaningful impact in the community for years to come.”
Srinivasan is the third Prysmian employee selected for the C-Change program across the last four cohorts. Benjamin Bowles, Power Distribution Sales Director, joined C-Change Class 18 in 2023, while Susan Vanvleet, Commercial Operations Director, was a member of C-Change Class 20 in 2025.
