Our Business School program aims to develop strategic competencies in managers, enabling their success and fostering a robust company culture. 

We utilize internationally recognized business cases that not only illustrate our strategy but also actively engage managers in shaping our future, thereby reinforcing the program's credibility. 

Each year, over 600 managers participate in our selective training programs and receive official international certification, with some being recognized as pocket EMBA graduates.

Business School Programs

The management induction program at Prysmian is a comprehensive initiative that recognizes and develops new talent. This post-graduate program offers newcomers an excellent opportunity to immerse themselves in the industry. 

The course spans three intensive weeks over a two-year period, focusing on our products, processes, customers, and fundamental business principles. The aim is to build a strong foundation for future industry leaders. 

Participants will have the chance to work with a mentor, a senior manager who will provide guidance and insights, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded the SDA Bocconi Certificate.

The International Leadership Development Program, specially designed for Prysmian, aims to identify and nurture future leaders within the company. 

This program is conducted entirely in English and spans four intensive weeks across two years. 

Central to the MBA Program are learning modules that focus on essential managerial skills, web seminars featuring experts from various fields, and engaging business projects. 

Participants who successfully complete the International Leadership Program will receive the SDA Bocconi Certificate, which can improve their career prospects and leadership opportunities both within Prysmian and in the broader job market.

Regional Leadership Programs have been launched in the APAC, EMEA, North America, and LATAM regions. These programs aim to strengthen Prysmian's market position by establishing a robust network of managers across these regions. This network will promote collaboration and foster a shared sense of purpose that aligns with Prysmian's overall strategy.

The Advanced Leadership Program is designed for executives looking to enhance their managerial and leadership skills. It focuses on three key areas of leadership that reflect Prysmian's values: Drive, Trust, and Simplicity. The goal of the program is to inspire growth and align participants with Prysmian's Leadership Model

Throughout the program, participants will develop analytical skills, gain a deeper understanding of complex environments, and improve their ability to make effective strategic decisions. Additionally, the program provides valuable networking opportunities within the organization to help strengthen professional connections.

The Global Executive MBA is a modular program designed to deliver a high-quality business education for executives aiming to broaden their career opportunities and transition into international business roles. Serving as a launchpad for future careers, this program provides comprehensive preparation for senior management positions.

This program focuses on senior managers. Over a three-day module, it presents a range of ALP topics to establish a common language and knowledge base that addresses our managerial challenges.

Dedicated events for ALP, ILP, and PGP alumni have been established. These events aim to energize the network, facilitate knowledge sharing and the exchange of best practices, and encourage innovative thinking.

The Women Leadership Development Program is specifically designed for Prysmian to empower women to build their leadership presence and enhance their networking, communication, and negotiation skills. This program encourages participants to reflect on the unique challenges that women face in the workplace. 

The course consists of 7 intensive days, divided into 2 sessions over 1 year. Throughout the training, participants will explore innovative leadership concepts and effective techniques to navigate the challenges encountered by women leaders. They will enhance their confidence and gain clarity on their leadership style, equipping them to lead change effectively within Prysmian. 

Upon completion of the Women Leadership Program, participants will receive a certificate from SDA Bocconi, recognizing their development and providing a significant boost to their professional profile.

The diversity leadership program is designed to acknowledge and empower Prysmian's commitment to inclusive growth, ensuring that managers and stakeholders feel valued for their roles in fostering diversity. 

This intensive one-week training offers participants a unique opportunity to develop impactful skills, inspiring both managers and employees to lead change within Prysmian. 

Throughout the training, participants will learn how effectively managing non-traditional staff can enhance our pride and sense of belonging, fostering a deeper connection to Prysmian's inclusive vision.
