Elements of Pay

The key components of the remuneration package we offer include:

  • Fixed Remuneration: This is the base salary for the position held, designed to attract and motivate employees.
  • Annual Variable Pay: These are incentives tied to both company and individual performance, customized based on the specific role and local market practices.
  • Long-Term Variable Pay: These are management equity-based incentives that vest over a multi-year period, primarily dependent on Prysmian's business performance and the value created for shareholders.
  • Benefits: These non-cash components are intended to provide a competitive total remuneration package. Benefits may include retirement plans, life and disability insurance, health care, a company car or transportation allowance, and meal subsidies.

YES: Your Employee Shares

The YES Plan is a unique program that allows Prysmian employees to purchase company shares at a discounted price. Launched in 2014, the YES Plan has enjoyed significant success, contributing to the effectiveness of other initiatives like the BE IN and LTI plans.
