In line with our core values, Prysmian has implemented a Diversity & Inclusion Policy, accompanied by various initiatives and projects that shape our culture and promote an inclusive environment. One of these initiatives, the Side by Side project, focuses on gender diversity. Its goals include increasing women’s participation at all organizational levels, fostering a gender-inclusive culture, cultivating diverse leadership and talent, and upholding our commitment to diversity and meritocracy within the company.

The project is founded on three main pillars:
- A recruitment policy and a global strategy for gender equality.
- Training and awareness programs on diversity and inclusion practices in all Prysmian Academy courses.
- Diversity storytelling based on the experiences of Prysmian employees.
