Prysmian Earns Equality 100 Award in Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2026 Corporate Equality Index

For the second year in a row, Prysmian, a world leader in the energy transition and digital transformation, has received a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRCF) 2026 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. Prysmian joins the 534 U.S. businesses, including hundreds of Fortune 500 companies, that will be honored with HRCF’s Equality 100 Award as Leaders in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.

The CEI rates companies on detailed criteria falling under four central pillars:

• Equal benefits available to all workers and their families
• Supporting a culture where all workers can feel like they belong
• Outreach and engagement
