Improvement of management of risk and reputation.

Inform, educate and involve stakeholders to help them improve their decision-making and actions, for the good of the Group.
-
Contribute to the development of relations with stakeholders based on trust and transparency.
The updated list of the topics relevant to the Group and its stakeholders in 2018, organised into macro-areas
Continuing and building on the materiality analysis work begun in 2014, we remain constantly committed to identifying topics capable of influencing our organisation in economic, environmental and social terms and of substantially affecting stakeholders' decision-making process.
The stakeholders' perception is the interpretative key required for the Group to be able to continue to generate shared value in the short, medium and long term. In accordance with the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards published by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) in 2016 and adopted for the first time this year, the materiality analysis has been updated to place increasing emphasis on materiality as the foundation for reporting on topics material to the Group. The process took account of the new needs and requirements expressed by the Group's internal stakeholders.
Prysmian Group communicates constantly with its stakeholders on sustainability issues by constantly updating its website.
