17 FREE® and GenFREE® LSZH Cables

Prysmian's 17 FREE® cable constructions are designed with environmentally friendly properties and are offered at competitive prices. By eliminating halogens, these cables are free from chlorine, fluorine, bromine, and iodine, making them less toxic and more eco-friendly.

GenFREE® II Low-Smoke Zero-Halogen (LSZH) Low Voltage Power Cables use 17 FREE technology provide excellent flame resistance and low smoke emissions, and are completely halogen-free. Available in Type XHHW-2 single-conductor designs, these cables are ideal for use in enclosed environments or densely populated areas where strict adherence to smoke- and halogen-free material standards is required.
