ezDROP™ Preconnectorized drop cables simplify the rapid deployment of Fiber to the Premises (FTTP) services. These cables enable installers, even those with minimal equipment and training, to connect to compatible ports for secure and reliable connections. Their precise tolerances and high-performance materials minimize insertion loss while reducing signal reflections. 

A variety of connector options are available, including hardened SC/APC connectors that are compatible with OptiTap® and standard SC/APC connectors. 

The cables feature a popular flat design and are available in an aerial, self-supporting version compatible with P-clamps. Additionally, a toneable version is available, featuring a detachable wire suitable for buried or duct applications. 

ezDROP™ OptiTap-compatible drop cables can be used with any OptiTap® style terminal, including CORNING OptiTap-style multiport terminals, flex terminals, and CommScope multiport terminals and flexible service terminals equipped with OptiTap® adapters.
