Key elements of our graduate onboarding include:

  • A two-week induction in Milan HQ
  • A one-year job rotation

Key elements of our Make It Program onboarding include:

  • A three-week induction in Milan HQ and Mudanya (Turkey) at our Manufacturing Academy

  • A one-month job rotation (R&D, Operations and Sales)

  • Two months of on-the-job training 

Key elements of our Sell It Program onboarding include:

  • A tailored local onboarding program covering Prysmian culture, company and products, along with knowledge of all local products and service offerings

  • During a three-week Group induction in Milan, candidates will live the stimulating and inspiring chance of meeting with key managers of our Group and the Group CEO

Key Elements:

  • The Industrial Controller will support the business to develop, maintain and optimize the controlling activities of our plant/business.

  • The Industrial controller ensures the right level of support to the business leaders and acts as a bridge with the corporate finance functions.   

  • The Industrial Controller will ensure the correct implementation of the HQ guidelines on the local/business activities concerning monthly/yearly forecast and consolidation.
