What do you do at Prysmian?

I joined Prysmian 3 and half years ago through the Graduate Program, I experienced four different roles and teams and I lived in two different continents. Just recently I moved from UAE to Milan for my new job position, I work in the Energy Projects business unit as Project Manager for the first grid access connection developed by Réseau de Transport d'Électricité (RTE) to transmit renewable energy generated by offshore wind farms.

What do you like most about Prysmian?

What I prefer of this workplace is the general awareness that we are not perfect but the constant willingness to get better every day! This philosophy leads us to a continuous improvement process where topics as strategy, leadership, social intelligence and change management are always on our desks.

What is the best thing about your job?

As an EPCI Contractor, it can be tough at times but it is enables allow you to learn and grow quickly; It's an environment where you can develop your entrepreneurial spirit: very few limitations are placed on, the work culture affords the opportunity for people to take initiative and promote ideas as well as propose solutions.

Why would you recommend Prysmian to a young talent?

Sustainability and Diversity are key assets in Prysmian Group.
