Currently I am working in Product strategy and business development department for Energy products.

• Diversified working experiences: I have obtained various working experiences both in different functions such as R&D, factory work floor, sales, quality and marketing and in different business unit such as Network Components, Submarine and Energy & Infrastructure so far.
   

• Dynamic working environment: I have been working on different projects/products with colleagues and customers from all over the world.
   

• Developed professional career path: I have officially ‘graduated’ from Prysmian Graduate Program after 3 years of job rotation and international assignment and moved to another level of professional growth.

What do you like most about Prysmian?

Prysmian is a real international company which can offer the employees a real open and multicultural platform to work with people and projects internationally and thanks to Prysmian I am always working and thinking with a global view and very open mind set.

What is the best thing about your job?

Working in HQ allows me to have a global view of Prysmian E&I business. And working on marketing projects and supporting my manager for strategic decision making is really a way to show my added value to the company.

First of all, Prysmian is a very well-known international company and also the leading manufacturer in the cable industry. It is a privilege to work in such an outstanding company with so many excellent colleagues and experts in this sector.

Moreover, thanks to the General cable acquisition and organization restructure, I have been delegated to even more exciting projects to follow which is totally beyond my expectation.
